How Can I Withdraw Money Out of my 529?

You can pay the qualified expenses and then contact the 529 plan and withdraw that amount and reimburse yourself. You must withdraw that amount in the same calendar year that you paid the expense for it to qualify.
You can have the 529 plan pay the eligible institution directly.
You can contact the 529 plan and have the funds distributed to your child. Discuss this with your tax preparer before doing this.
